What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you contact us: your name, your company, your email address, and anything you write in the message. We keep it so we can reply and so we know who we have spoken to.

Client information

When we work with a client we see business information: documents, records, and the way work moves through the company. We use it only for that engagement. We do not use it to train anything, and we do not share it with other clients.

• Access is limited to the people on your engagement.
• Client data stays in your systems wherever the work allows it.
• We delete working copies when an engagement closes.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it. Write to privacy@lionshieldai.com.
